We offer two models: classic leasing and rental purchase. 

Here is an overview of the differences:

LEASING

Transfer of property:
The property will be handed over to you as the lessee, but will remain in the balance sheet of the leasing company.

Balance sheet neutrality:
Your equity ratio is not affected because the leased property does not appear in your balance sheet.

Tax benefits:
The lease fee is fully deductible as an expense - another plus point for your tax optimisation.

RENTAL PURCHASE

Property purchase:
In the case of rental purchase, the property is purchased by you and listed in your balance sheet.

Impact on the balance sheet:
The acquisition will affect your equity ratio as the property appears as an asset.

Depreciation:
You can write off the purchased property, which affects your profit.

VAT regulation:
Caution: In the case of rental purchase, VAT is payable at the beginning on all instalments and on the final instalment. However, you can claim this directly via the input tax return.
